GST work is mostly about routine: the right registration at the start, then clean returns filed on time every month or quarter. Missed dates mean late fees and interest, and mismatched invoices mean lost input tax credit.
This service covers both parts. It starts with checking whether you actually need to register and which scheme suits you. After that, your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from your invoices, reconciled with GSTR-2B and filed, with a reminder before every due date.
Who it’s for
- New businesses and shops that need a GSTIN to start trading or to sell online
- Businesses whose turnover has crossed, or is about to cross, the GST registration limit
- Freelancers and service providers whose clients ask for a GST invoice
- Small businesses that file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly or quarterly (QRMP) and want it done on time
- Composition-scheme taxpayers who need their quarterly and annual filings handled
What’s included
- Checking whether registration is required and which type suits you (regular or composition)
- Preparing and submitting the GST registration application on gst.gov.in
- Help with Aadhaar authentication and replying to any clarification the officer raises
- Monthly or quarterly GSTR-1 (sales) and GSTR-3B (summary and tax payment) filing
- Matching your purchase invoices with GSTR-2B so input tax credit is claimed correctly
- Preparing the GST payment challan (PMT-06) for you to pay
- Reminders before due dates, so late fees and interest are avoided
- Help with nil returns, amendments and routine queries (other GST work by request)
Scope is agreed with you before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately.

Process and timeline
Step 1: Describe your business
What you sell, where, and roughly how much. You get a checklist and a quote for registration and/or monthly filing.
Step 2: Application or data
For registration, the application is prepared and submitted with your documents. For returns, you share invoices each month or quarter.
Step 3: Review and pay
You see the tax payable and input tax credit before filing. If tax is due, a challan is generated for you to pay.
Step 4: Filed and confirmed
The return is filed on gst.gov.in and you receive the acknowledgement. For registration, you receive your GSTIN certificate once it is approved.
Typical timeline. A registration application can usually be prepared within a working day or two of receiving complete documents. Approval depends on the GST department, typically a few working days, and longer if they raise a query or ask for physical verification. Monthly returns are filed before the due date as long as data arrives a few days earlier.
Pricing: On request
The fee depends on your case: how many income sources or invoices there are, how organised the documents are and how often the work repeats. Share a few details and you’ll get a clear quote before any work starts.
Questions about GST registration & returns
Do I need GST registration?
Registration is compulsory once your turnover crosses the limit that applies to your state and to whether you supply goods or services. It is also required in some cases regardless of turnover, such as certain inter-state or e-commerce sales. Your situation will be checked before you apply.
What are GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?
GSTR-1 reports your sales invoice by invoice. GSTR-3B is a summary return where you pay the tax due after claiming input tax credit. Both are filed monthly, or quarterly under the QRMP scheme if you are eligible.
What happens if I file late?
Late filing attracts a late fee per day and interest on any tax paid late. Continued non-filing can lead to your GSTIN being suspended or cancelled, so it is worth keeping up even when there are no sales (a nil return).
Can I work out GST on a price myself?
Yes. The GST calculator adds or removes GST and splits it into CGST and SGST or IGST.
